Caldes de Malavella Route
The thermal water springs have played a key role in the two thousand years of history of Caldes de Malavella. From the mid-19th century, Caldes became an active spa town and summer resort for many well-to-do families, who built summer homes there in the architectural style in fashion at the time. Thanks to this phenomenon, Caldes boasts the most important modernist heritage in the county.
