Church of Sant Marçal del Colomer
Sant Marçal del Colomer is a small church founded in the early 11th century by the Monastery of Santa Maria d’Amer, on which it was dependent. Although it was damaged by the earthquakes that occurred in the 15th century, most of the original nave has survived, together with the original doorway with a semicircular arch on the south façade. On the west façade there is another entrance and a bell gable with two arches, while a sacristy is attached to the north end.
Significant refurbishment work was carried out on the apse a few years ago, with contemporary elements and design.
